Mat Munchkins - Ages 3-5

A playful introduction to jiu-jitsu for preschoolers, with parents joining in on the mat. Through fun games, kids build confidence, coordination, and comfort with closeness-preparing them for the next step: Little Champs.

Little Champs - Ages 5-7

Using our “Gracie Games”, kids learn basic self-defense while building body awareness, focus, and control. The lessons are so fun they’ll be asking for more! Graduates move on to Jr. Grapplers.

Jr. Grapplers - Ages 8-12

Kids master 33 non-violent self-defense techniques and verbal assertiveness skills to stand up to bullies. No experience needed - just a willingness to learn and have fun!

Black Belt Club - Invitation Only

For the most dedicated Jr. Grapplers, this elite program develops leadership, discipline, and advanced skills on the path to black belt.

Our age ranges are guidelines, not rules. We place each child in the program where they’ll thrive based on their age, size, athleticism, prior jiu-jitsu experience, and maturity level. The goal is to ensure your child feels confident, challenged, and excited to learn from day one.
